Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ZeaApps (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit the ZeaIQ website, contact us, or use the ZeaIQ platform (the “Services”).

It covers two roles. For website visitors, prospects and account holders we decide how information is used. For the data our customers bring into their ZeaIQ workspace, we act as a processor and follow our customer’s instructions under our Data Processing Agreement.

• Information you give us: name, work email, company, role and the messages you send through forms such as demo requests, contact and support.
• Account information: sign-in details, organization, roles and settings for people who use the ZeaIQ workspace.
• Usage and device data: pages viewed, features used, approximate location from IP address, browser and device type, and error logs, used to keep the Services secure and reliable.
• Customer Content: documents, knowledge sources, prompts, data connections and agent outputs that customers add to their workspace. We process this only to provide the Services.

• to provide, operate, secure and support the Services;
• to respond to demo requests, sales and support questions;
• to send service notices and, where you have agreed or the law allows, product updates you can unsubscribe from at any time;
• to understand how the website is used and improve it;
• to meet legal, contractual and audit obligations and to protect our users and the Services.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Customer Content to train shared or third-party AI models.

When an agent runs, the relevant Customer Content is sent to the AI model provider the workspace has configured, only to produce that response. Workspace administrators choose which providers and models are used, and can turn on controls such as PII redaction, security filters and audit logging.

• with service providers who host, secure, support or help us run the Services, under contracts that limit their use of the data;
• with AI model providers and other systems a customer chooses to connect, acting on that customer’s instructions;
• when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or ZeaApps;
• as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

A current list of sub-processors is available to customers on request.

The website uses cookies and similar technologies that are needed for it to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering preferences. Where we use analytics, we use it to understand overall usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. Customer Content is retained according to the workspace’s retention settings and the customer’s agreement, and deleted after the account ends.

We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, tenant isolation, audit logging and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, so we also ask you to keep your account credentials safe. See our Security & trust page for more detail.

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

To make a request, email info@zealogics.com. If your information is in a customer’s workspace, we will pass your request to that customer, who controls the data. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We are based in the United States and may process information in other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Customers can choose a data region for their workspace where available.

The Services are built for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, give notice by email or in the product before they take effect.
